Scrap Book
I have been asked to include a new section that we are going to call 'Scrap Book'. The idea is that you can post pictures, stories and ideas that you don't want to be commented on. Once you have posted Admin will lock the thread. So let’s get the glue and dog eared photos out and get to work.

Landscape
How many times have we seen a sunrise or amazing landscape that has just blow us away? It could be a picture of a mighty glen, a babbling brook or the sun shining through mist – it really doesn’t matter and these photos don’t have to feature deer.

Capturing a moment
Every now and again the camera captures a special moment when out stalking. It could be friends having a drink on the tailgate of the car at the end of the day, or your dog leaping over a stream with a big smile on their face! It doesn’t matter what the subject matter is, provided it’s stalking related. We’re looking for a photo that really does say a thousand words.

| Swap a Stalk |
|
 |
How 'Swap a Stalk' works
Please take a minute or two read this, because we think this feature is one of the most exciting on our site.
If you want to invite other stalkers to get in touch about the possibility of going out stalking with you, in return for a reciprical agreement with them, then click on 'NewTopic'. Type in a brief description of your stalking, county/country, species and anything else of interest, and what sort of stalking you'd ideally like in return.
If someone wants to get in touch with you, they can either post a 'Reply' which will be shown on the Forum, or they can click the 'pm' button, and send you a private message (pm) which will not be visible to the rest of the Forum. At no stage will anyone find out your email address, unless you decide to disclose it.
You can remove your 'post' at any time by emailing 'admin@thestalkingdirectory'.
We suggest you ask for evidence of competency ie DSC1 or equivalent and ask them to zero their rifle before you take them out - all the basic stuff really.
I think this could be a really good way of getting out into different areas of the UK or even overseas and going after species you may not have in your area. Lifelong friends could be made...
