Hi Mike,
are there any plans to hold a range day again this year? If you feel it's time someone else did something just say so. I'd be happy to have a go, but certainly don't want to step on your toes, what you have done over the last couple of years has been amazing, hats off to you. I was asked by the chap with the elephant gun if the event would run again, he really enjoyed it! Hope all is well with you and the family.

I guess you didn't book your camping yet?
I just rang to find the camp site will only accept a booking for two nights i.e. £33.00. I didn't book yet, but the lady told me they are getting booked up fast. Any thoughts on this, or was there just a mistake on your research?

Hey Mike I wonder if you might be able to help me?
I just brought a 30mm tubed scope. 2-9x50 Leupold. I need to change my Apel swing off mount, as it has 25mm rings. Any chance you still have the 30mm rings I read about some time ago in the sales and wants section. Not looking for a freebee, will pay your price.

Hiya Mike,

Just out of curiosity, what made you opt for the 8x57 caliber? I have just checked it out and it isnt a very popular caliber and when I checked out the ballistics they are very similar to .308 and 30-06? I suspect the 8mm bullets are more expensive and any replacements parts you may need could also be more difficult to access and more expensive too.
