Has anyone tried the bullets as per title. If so how did they perform accuracy wise and effectiveness at killing
 
I to have looked at these and would interested to hear what people think on them
I would be using them in a 6.5x55..

I imagine they will be good.
Can't comment on 6.5, but I use the Nosler AB in my .25-06 and they are accurate and effective.
Nosler don't make the LR in .257 and to be honest, as I don't shoot deer at long range (300yd max) I don't think I'll miss the LR version.
So, just the standard Nosler AB should give you everything you're looking for unless you plan on shooting 500+yd deer.

Besides, Hornady have now decided that the plastic tips will melt en-route, so you'll need their new ELD long range bullet until Nosler develop a similar non melting plastic tip bullet LOL :coat:
