Anyone out there have any reloading info for this type/weight bullet using Reloder 15?
If so, please share with me.
Cheers, :tiphat:

Nothing on the Hornaday 129, but I tried for some time to tame a 130 Scirocco with reloader 15 and 17, and then IMR 4350. Couldn't make it fly straight. Did alot of research and the general thread was 130 grain bullets seemed to be a difficult bullet weight for most people to group tightly, most settling on either the 120 or 140. I have switched to 120 nosler BT's using Fed 210's and 39.1 grains of R15. They chronograph at 2960 fps and group 0.5". Shot Red stags and hinds, Sika Stags, Roe and Muntjac with it. Performs very well on all.

tried it in my .260 and it was rubbish.
Used mid point 123gr load data on N160. Got them going about 2700fps with a very low ES. Accuracy was still rubbish...
Still got half a box here.

Seem to have got there with 38.3gn Rel.15, CCI450 & the 129gn SST. Clover leaf at 100yds and excellent accuracy certainly beyond 300yds. Cheers, :old:
