Just back from spending a day on a butchery course run by Greg ( Berg) at Lavenham Butchers. For a complete novice like myself it was a very informative and intersting day. Skinned and butchered a Muntie for the first time. Didn't make a complete hash of it (well that's debatable). Came away with a lot of meat and a smile on my face. Teenage daughters made short work of the burgers when I got it!
