The focus on my Dialyt 7 x 42s was stiffening up a bit so I shipped them off to Zeiss with a covering note. Sent them off last Tuesday so I guess they got them on Wednesday. Friday I got a call from Gary saying the focus had been sorted and the general health checked over. They came back the beginning of this week, clean and shiny and with silky smooth focus. No charge! Gary told me they were made in 1993 and was generally very helpful. Once again, fantastic service!

pleased your happy, well done Gary in service

Not quite the same class of fix, but I emailed Zeiss and told them I lost my lense covers for my Conquest 3-9X and they said they would send me a set, free of charge. They sent two. Nice people! (even on this side of the pond) ~Muir

Zeiss did a very quick turn around on my 7x45 Night Owls when I needed them done quickly for a trip to Africa. Also like my Duralyt 3-12x50 illuminate. I find it works very well and done well after quite a few airlines have had it.

Marc, any chance Zeiss feel like building a reasonably priced 3-12x56 or 4-16x56 with illuminated Ret and ASV?

My previous experience of Zeiss was asking them if they would sell me a new rainguard for the binoculars as I had lost mine, I was asked for my address and they arrived two days later foc so my experience wasn't a one off.

Glad you gents have had a good experience. I managed to loose the battery cover for a V8. It's now 5 weeks and still nothing. I expect to pay as its my fault. Luckily I have a second V8 so I can swap the covers over.

Gary did an excellent job adding ASV turrets to my Diarange and Victory scopes. More recently he sourced me a housing for my Compact Point Red Dot scope. Excellent service from a great company.
