Winchester WLR and WLRM, Murom KVB-7 are also 'gold' (untreated brass). Some makers stick to 'gold' or 'silver' (nickel plating on the brass cup) cme what may over many years production, but others change colour for the manufacturers' own good reasons. When Fiocchi LR started coming into the country in quantity last year, the first batch was 'silver', but more recent arrivals are 'gold'.
The pics aren't exactly clear, but if it's a very dull and dark red, yes that's most likely Remington. WLRs are dull green if I remember right. Murom is an orangey, pinky sort of brick red, and Fiocchi of either lot has a shiny apple green metallic foil covering visible on the business side.
