I managed to get out for the second saturday running to do some reloading for the .270 with a load of Barnes tipped TSX's in 130grain.

After playing around with seating depths I decided to change powders to H4350.

Loaded up a couple of batches and headed up to the range.

First lot of 53 grains just printed a string of shots right to left.

Turned on the fan and left the rifle to cool. Came back to it after 30 mins or so and tried the 54grainers.

First cold bore shot was a little high but then the next 3 bug holed and I was pretty pleased with that.

I might try and tighten it up a little with seating depth now but, for now I'm happy.

You should be able to see the data on the pics.

Moses I think you will find that the barnes Tsx like a biggish jump to the lands .I can,t help you with the .270 loads but they were very accurate in the .308 .

I use Barnes TSX exclusively in my 6.5mm (130's), they like a .050" jump to the lands - ive also found similar in 7 mm and 30 cals too.

One you find a sweet spot with the TSX's they are just as accurate as any match bullet, its just getting there can be slow and expensive....

But patience can pay off:
