I am an infreqwuent user of Amazon but in June purchased a spare battery for my Lumix camera.
Unbeknown to me I must have clicked the Amazon prime 1 month free trial.
Last week my visa statement came in with a £79 charge to Amazon prime.
I was livid and searches on the internet showed that if you have not used the service you can get a refund.
This can be done easily off the Prime web site, providing you know where to look.
So hopefully awaiting refund.
So if you are an infrequent user of Amazon be very carefull not to sign up to the free trial package, or if you do cancell within a month and do not buy anything using it/ its freebies or you are not elligible for a refund.
