    Great service from Ziess

    I lost a part of my ziess binoculars which made them inoperable
    I contacted them be email at 9.30 they confirmed the part had gone into the post free of charge at 11am and it arrived the next day !!!
    Im very very impressed
    Humans are pre wired with fight or flight response
    Great Grandad fought, Grandad fought.
    For the sake of my Grandchild I wish for Less Flight responses entering Europe

    That's really good customer service! There's a few companies that could learn from that.

    Your a long time dead..GET OUT THERE.

    Well, the repair they did for me was quick, good and free. Difficult to beat that.

    Had a pair of Ziess binoculars given as a present, had problems with them but no receipt, free repair well impressed.
