A quick introduction. I'm James from West London and have recently taken up stalking. As a restaurateur I'm more interested in the quality of the meat than the trophy and everything I hunt I butcher and sell on at work. The nature of my work means I'm almost always working nights, so early morning weekday stalks work great for me. Hope to meet some of on here in the future and I'm sure I'll be posting a few questions!
