Hey all have you tried a leg of munti on the barby?
i start with the leg(whole) i rub over with olive oil the get a good rub, the last one i made myself-mustard seeds,black pepper corns,mixed herbs,sea salt and some chilli flakes. I crushed these in a pestel and morter and sprinkle on the meat. I then put in the oven on a very low heat wrapped in foil and after a while put on the barby for 20 mins either side.
Simple but easy and very tasty.
Enjoy with a glass or 2 GM.
