My tikka does well on 140gr SGK and N140
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy!
    Another 7mm08 shooter!

I recently bought a Kimber 7mm-08 from a SD member. Current load is 139grn Hornady SST x 43grns of Varget x CCI 200 Primer. OAL in my rifle 2.800ins This is top load and I started at 4O grns. Same brew using a 120grn Speer SP with slightly different OAL.

Both loads accurate shooting in a very light rifle that I am delighted with.

The Kimber 84 in 7mm-08 and .308 Win is a popular deer rifle in the Southeast USA. A friend of mine likes his so much that he bought another in .325 WSM for his elk hunt last year. Beautiful wood, small action, light weight and handy with a small scope, and very accurate.
