Stalk to Fork - The Great British SafariSpend two days in the fields and woods of Hampshire, helping with the Roe and Muntjac deer cull. Spend a morning down the range practicing with different rim fire and centre fire rifles, learn about why deer need managed, go on 2 accompanied 1:1 stalks, go lamping for rabbits and foxes after dark, be given a deer butchery masterclass, learn how to cook the different cuts. Leave with at least half a deer. Accommodation in heated bell tents with camp beds. Fully catered: 3 course meal on the Saturday night; venison steak rolls for lunch on the Saturday; stalkers breakfast on the Sunday; and venison taster meal for Sunday lunch.
10am on the Saturday till 3pm on the Sunday. Next course on the 21st and 22nd of May. £550pp. Maximum of 4 people on the course. Discount for group bookings.
