    Walenki felt boots

    Anyone else used them?
They are great for keeping feet warm when sitting out in deep cold but not for walking/stalking as the temps in western europe are not siberian level cold enough.
They were so high that I had to cut the upper back areas away to be like Napoleon style to be OK when sitting down.
They were the russian soldiers boot during the winter campaigns in the east.
