Hi all, thought it was about time I finally introduced myself having actually been a member since 2013!! Sorry!
I'm from the Blaydon area and until recently have only had time for foxing late at night as was previously self employed, i'm now working full time and when I finally get the last of my private jobs rattled off I should be able to dedicate more time to shooting and hopefully get some stalking in!
I enjoy all forms of shooting and hunting especially getting back to basics with an air rifle for a spot of rabbit bashing as it really keeps your field craft up to scratch, i've been spending a lot of sundays over the last few years out on the clays trying to compete but never quite getting there so planning on easing off now to get some more time on real pigeons, other than that I try and get out at least once a week to keep on top of the foxes and having spent most of the last ten years or so specialising in night vision shooting I know a thing or two about it and have now advanced on to thermal and welcome any questions from anyone looking for any info or advice on either
I have also completed my DSC level 1 a couple of years ago with Jon Snowdon and I'm about to embark on my Level 2, again under Jons watchfull eye so hopefully it wont take too long
