Thread: Hello

Just joined having finally decided to get a rifle, I run an arboricultural consultancy and contracting business, (i'm a tree surgeon ) I figured I could add deer controll to our woodland management service and do something I enjoy at the same time. I have some access to a few farms for shooting roe and of course the potential to gain access to more3 ground through my business.

I have browsed your forum and been impressed, I have a lot to learn and this may be the place to do it!

Welcome to the SD, don't be shy in asking, plenty of good advice to be had on here.

Position and hold must be firm enough to support the firearm
The firearm must point naturally at the target without any undue physical effort
Sight alignment (aiming) must be correct
The shot must be released and followed through without disturbing the position
