Two Roe shank, One Muntie shank, three inch section Roe neck, One Teal,One partridge, One large onion, place in roasting tin & cook, leave to cool & remove all meat from bone, reduce all liquid with a stock cube of your choice, make a sauce / gravy of thick consistency with reduced liquid, add a few bits of veg of your choosing, lob broken up meat into veg & gravy, fill a casserole / deep dish with the mixture & fit a thick or flaky pastry lid, serve when cooked through with a big glass of dark beer............. BURP!
