    Butchery Kit

I need the lot! Stainless steel gambrels, hooks, chest spreaders & plastic handled knifes for larder work I'm hoping will take place over the next few months! Where are the most reasonable companys who sell these things?

Do a web search for a firm called either, Scobies or Stobies, they sell the lot and at a reasonable price too.
I wish I could be more helpful but I used them a few years ago and no longer have the full address but I'm sure you'll find it.
    Good luck.

Thanks, I will put in an order with them for a victoriaknox knife & some hooks. Eight inches sounds quite big for hooks,as I will be working with mostly roe deer. Should I go for the 5" or 6" as the four inch seems like it could be too small? Danny
