    Sako L691 Wood Stock

I've just bought a Sako long action .270 with a view to eventually converting it to a .280AI. First thing I've done is replace the wood stock with a McMillan so I'm selling the take off stock.
It really is a nice piece of wood. Pics of the actual stock here....

NB this is a left handed Sako stock. Left bolt and cheekpiece for a left hander.

It also came with a set of blued 1" rings and QD bases which I have replaced with a set of stainless Optilocks. These will fit any Sako with standard dovetails and are in excellent condition.

    135 posted for the stock.

50 for the rings and bases or I will swop the rings and bases for a set of Opticlock 1" low stainless rings.

It is a sin to break that rifle down for parts......

Just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get you......

Well the .270 barrel is staying on for the time being and the wood stock if far too nice for my liking so look at it more as the rifle moving on to the next stage in its usage cycle.
