Liquid smoke!

I bought 2 litres of the stuff a while back and used it for the first time last night to soak some rabbit meat in to give my rabbit and muntjac sausages a little extra taste!:drool:
It must be bloody powerful stuff though as they recommend only 1-3g per litre of brine!:eek:
It smells good too!
I'll post the results once I've samples them.
Anyone else used liquid smoke?
 
yup - i love the stuff - try it in baked beans with some brown sugar and onion and bacon - fantastic!
