All fluent jibberish to me, but it might help.

    >>Recoil Explained<<
Position and hold must be firm enough to support the firearm
The firearm must point naturally at the target without any undue physical effort
Sight alignment (aiming) must be correct
The shot must be released and followed through without disturbing the position

Your right there Jock, that's quite a mouthful.

But i think it's safe to say the bullet is well on it's way by then mate.

recoil wont affect accuracy as bullet will have left rifle before you feel it.
but flinching in antisapation of recoil will
    good luck

like they have said above the bullet has long gone by the time you feel the recoil

Fully agree with Conbear , the bullet has left the muzzle before the recoil can affect its paths , what you can get if a "flinch reflex" from the recoil of the rifle making you anticipate the felt recoil. Some people experience this on larger caliber rifles other on smaller .

Recoil itself may not affect accuracy, but recoil consistency (i.e. the way the rifle behaves under recoil) certainly does, which is why target and benchrest shooters spend so much effort to ensure that each shot is fired in exactly the same way every time.
