I`ve watched clips like this before. Don`t get me wrong, if that`s what floats your boat, fine.
It always smacks of having no respect for the quarry. It would be interesting to hear some other views on the subject.

Well said Basil. Although golden eagles are capable of taking roe, they don't in the wild because no sensible bird of prey puts itself into a situation where flight feathers could get easily broken. Broken feathers = reduced hunting success. This is therefore not natural behaviour.
