Anyone had any problems with returns and customer service? I bought a stony point bench rest bag that looked like it had the zip sown in back to front. I sent a picture asking for a replacement. They ignored me initially and only responded when I mentioned trading standards. They rigidly stuck to their returns policy and couldn't be bothered to tell me that was the way they were designed. I wasted an hour of my time sorting it out which is not cheap. Are they there for the customers or themselves? I think the answer is obvious!
