Does anyone have any experience with Sierra GameKing bullets?
In particular the 140gr 6.5mm ?
I have tried the 140gr 6.5mm in my .260. moderate results. I only got 1 box and I doubt supply will be forthcoming so I've gone back to the 129gr SST's.
The 150gr in .30 cal I've used a fair bit and I quite like that.
i use 140gr in my sako 85 with 44gr of reloader 19 drop red hinds on the spot
im using 130gn gamekings in my .270 at the moment and im seriously impressed !
im driving them steady at 2850fps about 6.5 speed and im getting next to no meat damage .
this is one i pulled out of a stag i shot 2 weeks ago !
I use the 140grn in my 7x64 with good results
I have found the sierras to be very accurate but they dont expand or do as much damage as the hornadys.
This can be good when shot placement is perfect but the hornady gives you a little more room for error.
Using 85 grn Sierra Gameking in 243 very accurate only round i will now use on fox,roe up to reds.Used them for the first time on reds last year up to 300 yrds and was very impressed, everything died quick with the round in the right place.
I use a 140g 6.5 SPBT in front of 37g of Varget. What do you want to know?
I use 100gn gamekings in my 243 at just under 2900fps, they are very accurate and so far i have not had much damage on the few deer ive shot with them so far
