Sako Optilock Ringmounts - the one piece arrangement.

Can anyone advise where I might buy the above? Tried the Sportsman and uttings without success.

I specifically do not want the normal two piece Sako base and ring setup.

Sako list these in their catalogue. I had a set for a Tikka, sold them here actually, but I want a set for a Sako 75 size III, these ones:

I got these posted from Macleod's of Tain and no-one offered them cheaper at the time.

Tamus, cheers, that was easy, don't know why I did not think of Gregor without prompting.

I cannot understand, other than for profit, why Sako push the two piece setup. Makes no sense to me.

One benefit of the two piece setup is that you can machine the foot of the ring to give vertical adjustment.

I had this done when I started to use the moderator on the .243 and the scope wouldn't adjust to 1 inch high. I ran out of vertical clicks with the scope centred on the target at 100yds.

However, that said, the rings you want certainly look neat and tidy.

I got a set from tannyoky guns in N Ireland a couple of years ago.
They had to order them for me but only took a few days.

Palo, Tannyoky are only about 10 miles from here, tend not to use them. I can order stuff in as well as they can.

Sorted now anyway, Gregor has a set in the post.
