Twice this has happened to me now, once with a young sika stag and the other night by a red hind.
Deer are naturally inquisitive up to a point, however, as I moved down a ride (with the wind) as I was circling to a different area I spotted two hinds in front of me, they headed into the trees on the right. As I moved forward I became aware that they had stopped in the trees and were gradually moving parallel "watching me", no more that 25 yards away one gave up after a few yards, 200 yards up the ride, the other was still there, no more than 10 yards away before eventually wandering away.
Perfectly healthy no issues, just curious I think. Any one else had this happen?
