As per title has anyone got a good load made up for 40gr vmax using reloader 7 in 223?

I've got a nice load for 52gr Amax using H332 but was looking for something a bit quicker with less chance of follow through on grey back crows foxes etc.

HI .I use reloader 7 23.5 grain. rem primers 3614 fps sub inch at 110 yardgood in my cz 527 ebony LTD.I USE same load in 50 grain v max

Cheers ian, impressive velocity from a 50gr head. i thought i was going well with 3300 from my 52gr amax. Think i'll probably start at 23grain and work up in .2 and see where we get.

Just for anyone coming across this, with the 40gr VMAX i found 23.2gr of reloader 7, remmy small rifle primer, measured at 2.230 to be the most accurate round for me, easily .5MOA. I loaded up to 23.6 with no excess pressure signs. Rifle Sako 85 Laminated stainless 20'' barrell.
