I re - visited my mis-spent youth this afternoon!, after having a trolley dash around Sainsbury's, I eyed up the cooker hob & the stuff I had accrued from said mall,.. 12 Scotch Bonnet Chillies, two tins tomatoes (peeled),...one Silverside of beef, two packs of beef mince, three birds eye chillies, two cans kidney beans, four large garlic bulbs, (two smashed, two peeled & chopped), one tube tomato' puree', two silver onions saute'd in water, one pack of mixed sweet peppers chopped fine,(leave from adding peppers till just before serving),...... no mushrooms were used / harmed,during this recipe!....... will sample after cooking & freezing out once,... All cooking vessels were clay based!(It DOES make a difference chaps!) note , if using Venison , reduce Chillies by half & Garlic by 2 thirds. Enjoy!
