Made a start on my Fallow buck that I shot a couple of weeks back. This week ive made a venison Spagetti bol (Italian family recipe just used minced Venison instead of beef). Made venison BBQ ribs last nigth which were stunning and made a smooth venison and Rabbit liver pate last nigght which ahs now all gone due to mates calling around for it.
