Deer esteemed members of the forum,

I thought it could be educative to put a few pictures up of Red Deer Stags that you would deem worthy of culling, with a brief why that is/was, and of those that you feel should 'not' be culled.

Based on, amongst other, antler size, deer size, signs of illness, number of hinds he had with him (or NOT!), etc. etc.

I know there are a few hill managers around the forum, so it would be great to not only hear thoughts on the subject, but see some sample pictures to back it up. I'd also be interested to hear of those members cull ratio's and numbers per acre on hill vs forest where a true count has not been possible.

hope to hear some good responses!
