burgers and how to make them

Hi some body out there must be a good burger maker so could you please pass on some tips :lol:

see above thread i posted bit obout how i made mine with pics too....it was pics of sausages but the mix i have basically the same if you want more detailed advice pm your number ill phone you if you want....

you can go with a hand mincer and make burgers by hand or you can get a mincer and a burger press for not a huge amountof cash and get some really fantastic looking burgers.....taste amazing too

just made some for dinner, here's a rough recipe.
2lb venison mince.
Half a very large red onion very finely chopped.
generous splash of worcester sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley.
Teaspoon mixed herbs.
Half a handfull dried breadcrumbs.
2 eggs.

Mix it all up and leave in fridge for a couple of hours, before shaping into burgers using flour to prevent it sticking to your hands.
Top it with some mature stilton when nearly cooked.
