Ive been reading a number of threads on this forum and decided to join in. Ive been shooting on and off with shotguns for years, but only acquired an FAC just over 2 years ago. I have a Sako quad with .22lr and .17hmr barrels, and a Weihrauch 100 on it at present. I use these for rabbiting and target shooting. To find out a bit more about rifles I did a pre DSC1 course about eighteen months ago this sparked my interest and was followed by a DSC1 a few weeks later. I didn't have much time to follow up on this until I retired three months ago, and have now been out on a few stalks using an estate rifle. I applied to GMP for a variation to add a .308 on my ticket about a month ago (still waiting but not holding my breath). As I am right at the bottom of the learning curve I'm hoping to pick up a whole lot of know how from you other guys on the site.
