Not a recipe as such, more a top tip:

Next time you make a venison pie, chop up some black pudding and lob it in....very tasty! It gives a subtle additional flavour without being overpowering. Yum!
 
Chunks of black Pudding in a rabbit casserole with some butter beans make another brilliant dish.
 
I bottle of stout. black pepper a pinch of powdered garlic.Potatoes Then you got a pie that will stand the test of time. Venison and potato pies.
