I have one date left for my Venison Butchery Course one Sat 3 March. I can take up to 4 people in our prep meat room for a day.
The cost will be £150 this includes V.A.T per person and you will begiven a Whole Roe Carcass to work on each, plus take home all of the meat from it.
The course you will be be provided with knifves and aprones gloves ect.
1.You will get hands on breaking the carcass down into all its main peices.
2.Learn how to bone and roll joints of venison, as well as the art of boning for any kind of meat you may have at home.
3.Learn how to maximise the meat from your animal.
4.Know what is good for frying and good for stewing or roasting.
5.You will learn art of sausage making including the linking of sausage.
6.You will make your own venison burgers ready for the BBQ.
Lunch and warm drinks will be provided.
At the end of the day you will go home with joints, steaks, stew, mince, burgers and sausage. Plus alot of knolwage too
My dates are flexible so weekends can be changed to week days
