    Ruger #1 Sporter .22-250

Selling my Ruger as I feel this calibre does not fit in with my plans. It is virtually unused, bore is extremely crisp. Barrel is 26" long and unthreaded but with length to spare this could be cut as required. The super strong falling block action is very smooth and the trigger is smooth. Tang mounted shotgun style safety can be unloaded in "safe" mode. Nice figuring in the walnut and also has a rosewood schnabel, fitted with sling swivel studs. Accuracy wise it groups under an inch at 110yds with cheap Privi 55gn softpoints, these hit 3680fps over the chronograph. Comes with a brand new set of Leupold dedicated 30mm rings these are medium but can accomodate a 56mm objective scope, I have a Meopta Artemis 3000 3-12x56 mounted at present but that is not included in the sale. About 30 rounds of Privvi and a full unopended box of 20 Norma 50g VMax if face to face and ticket permits expanding plus a couple of A-Zoom snap caps. These are very compact rifles about 4" shorter for the same barrel length as a bolt action and the falling block is one of the strongest safest actions.

Pics via email as they will be high resolution.

425 if face to face 450 if RFD to RFD.

NOW 400, face to face, 425 RFD
