6 Pheasant Eggs ( or a couple of ordinary ones)
1 small Bird Eye chilli, chopped
1 rasher bacon, chopped
a small chopped amount of tomato, onion and cheddar cheese.
A tablespoon oil.
fry the chopped bacon in the oil until almost crispy and take out of frying pan.
Whisk the eggs gently with all other ingredients ( except the cheese) and mix in the bacon.
Put this mix in your frying pan and cook gently for a few minutes.
Spread your chopped cheese pieces on the top.
When semi cooked and able to slide about your pan slip onto a plate and finish of for a second or two under the grill.
Don't overcook , it is ready when your cheese is beginning to melt.
Season with salt, pepper and maybe a small sprinkle of turmeric.
