    Old school foxing

Just thought I'd share this photo. I was looking through some photos with my grandad yesterday and came across this one, in the picture is my great grandad, 3 of my great uncles and my grandad. It was taken in the 50's at Sewerby Hall, near Bridlington and it was the starting point for a February fox drive. The drive took in the estate grounds, out towards Flamborough lighthouse before lunch then back towards Bempton after lunch. Grandad couldn't remember how successful they were but it was a yearly tradition that only stopped when Sewerby hall was bought by East Riding council in the 70's.

I'm telling Captain - from the Wee'est of men.
