    Head for the hills

    Hi all

I registered on the site a while ago and enjoy following the regular banter between members. I have been shooting for coming up to 30 years so am getting on a bit (or so my wife tells me) and have enjoyed every aspect of the sport from rabbit shooting to stalking. When the kids came along and due to work commitments I found it hard to find the time to get out as much as I would have liked but they are growing up now and I'm getting back out and about.
Most of my stalking has been on roe and a few days here and there at reds but I had my first experience with sika last year up beside Bonar Bridge and think I am now hooked. I've never seen such flighty beasts and can't wait to go back.
I've made a lot of good friends through the sport and look forward to meeting many more.

    Hi John

You'll probably know the place I was at, it wasn't far from Achness. Really nice area up there and some view from up top. Hope to be going back for a few days at the stags in the not too distant future...... can't wait!
