A little later in the year than we had hoped, but following now set up -
Session with a professional Butcher at Rothes in Moray on Sunday 9th September 2012.
Go through a hands on, fully tutored session from skinning to producing burgers with a professional. All equipment provided.
You will produce a range of cuts & joints from a carcase and produce- mince, burgers etc. Price includes a carcase and you go home with the fully prepared venison.
Nothing beats hands on experience with professional guidance.

Our only warning is to keep your new found skill quiet or else you’ll likely not be able to keep up with demand!
PLEASE BRING A PACKED LUNCH. A cool bag/ box to transport venison home is also useful.
