Went out on my permission on Sunday and with a strong wind blowing towards me stood beside the boundary fence watching a small group of red hinds/calves feeding, little did I expect them to appear over the brow of the hillock and proceed to walk/trot down the boundary fence 4 metres from where I was standing against a clump of willow. 14 deer passed before I could move and get my camera phone out my pocket with only 2 of the 14 paying me any attention. I managed to get the following video of the last 2. Great experience being that close and hearing them bleat to each other.
