    Swarovski help.

About 10 years ago I had a Swarovski AT80 with 20-60 eyepiece and a pair of 7x42 SLC bins stolen from my car. My car insurance would only cough up 500 and house insurers said no cover.
I still have all of the serial numbers. I deliberately kept them hoping that one day Swarovski might get them in for repair. They're registered with Swarovski.
Does anyone know who I can speak to in Swarovski to see if they've ever been entered for repair?
I know they can't give me names and addresses but if they know where these items are located because of repair then I'll get the police involved.

I would suggest Christine Percy at Swarovski - always been helpful when needing replacement lens caps, cleaning cloths etc.

I am sure the customer contact page mentions her name/e-address.

If not let me know as I have it somewhere.
