    new intro

    Hi all, Very interesting site,
I've been involved on sporting estates for 30+ yrs, trained as an underkeeper initially and now have the privilidge to manage 2 highland perthshire estates. Sounds posh untill I explain that there is only myself a stalker and a shepherd doing all the work on the two properties. Although my job title is "manager" i spend most of my day doing all the sh*t jobs that no one else is prepared to do. The up side is I can sometimes find time to lugg a rifle up a monroe or two , or round a covert after red and roe.
At the moment I tackle everything rat to red, with a 243 tikkaT3 varminter heavy barrel, with a leupold 8.5-25X50 SCOPE WITH A VARMINT RET. The scope over matches the rifle and would probably be better on a .204 and dedicated to foxes. I look forward to contributing to this site and would like to thank john for my username password problem.
