Firstly I should highlight that the cottage isn't actually for sale but is available for holiday lets, SD only allows gives me the "for sale" option :-)
I have just returned from 3 weeks in Dollag's Cottage. This year I didn't try for a stag, though fantastic stalking is available, but still had great sport at the fishing and I spent my time walking to remote trout lochs and chasing salmon in a nearby river.
Most trout fishing is free and there is also some free salmon fishing - an angler I was talking to this year had 3 salmon for 3 evenings fishing on a free fishing river only a few minutes drive from the cottage. It is also possible to pay for the salmon fishing by the day and I had 5 fish for one day that cost me £10. It is basically a fishing paradise and there is a loch which produces the occasional salmon plus a loch that produces some of the biggest trout on the island within walking distance of the cottage and they are free to fish.
So, if you are looking for quality self catering accommodation with a truly amazing range of fishing opportunities and also with quality stalking in some of the wildest areas of Scotland then please take a look at the following web site:
