This day is aimed at stalkers wishing to extend there knowledge with hands on education.

Time on my range on full size red targets 100, 150 & 200 yrds
Taking a cull stag around 10 points of a group.
Hands on field dressing the animal, with the checking of glands (DSC2).
Back to the slaughterhouse to larder prep the beast (DSC2).
The you will learn the art of skinning and braking the carcass down.
Finally into the butchery room to learn how to maximise the carcass.

The day is for any one of all levels but I must stress that you do need to have had experience with full bore rifles.
Any on doing the DSC2 it’s a perfect training day with a butchery course at the end of it. Or any stalker wanting to learn more about his sport.

For all info please PM me.

PLEAE READ CAREFULLY
I am not offering stalking. I am offering the guarantee of culling a good red stag in a park environment with the aim of furthering a stalkers craft in all aspects of his sport not just the kill.

A rifle can be provided at no cost but you will have to pay for the ammo

Cost £300.00 per person
This includes a meat package to take home.
There is no charge for meat damage.

I keep being asked about dates. I'm self employed and my client gives me a free hand on the cull animals. So if you are interstes PM me a date you may wish to attend and I'll work with that.

Cheers Andrew.

Hi all.

I have recently done the butchering day with Andrew,

and can tell you it is a very intensive day of learning, and you leave knowing the skills you need

to cull, skin, break down a carcass and then butcher it thoroughly.

His knowledge is unquestionable and a very pleasant guy to get along with.

The day, as said, is intensive and well worth every penny. The B&B is a beautiful old farm house, warm and cosy and very reasonable.

I once again thank you very much Andrew. I am far richer for the experience.

Cheers.

Nik.:p
