If it is ok with management, could i start a list of member names who are both exsperienced and willing to give up an afternoon to take a new/infrequent reloader under their wing and steer them in the right direction. Mainly concentrating on both safety and indicating what pressure sign s to look for. I suggest it done on a freindly level, and with a view to keeping reloading practices both safe and correct.
If this is a bad idea , im sure you will all tell me.
Once we have a few names that are willing to help and are confident to go through it we can open it up to take in a few new reloaders who would like to go through the basics with said person in their area.
