I am at a point where I have eaten and frozen as much venison as I will need for a few months, and wondered what I need to legally sell carcasses to a butcher/dealer?
I approached a local butcher as my understanding was that my DSC 1 cert meant I could do this, but he was under the impression I would have more paperwork?
