I have to remove some large red stags from a park in Gloucester on 6th March and wish to offer 3/4 people the opportunity to learn how to skin and butcher a whole red deer carcass and each person will receive half a red deer carcass butchered and packed to take home on Sunday 9 th March.

You will learn how to...
Skin a whole deer under my supervision.
Brake the carcass down into it's primary pieces.
Butcher the animal into its various steaks, joints and diced
Maximise a deer carcass.
I will provide knives and safety gloves along with tea and coffee.
It day will be held out side of Melton Leicestershire at 8am start.
You will need to bring some lunch.
Date sunday 9th March.
The cost of the day will be £225.
This will include half a red deer carcass butchered and packed to take home.
