Hi. I have gotten ahold of some Veal loin chops as I have never had veal and really wanted to try it. I don't want to have it with any sauces as I want to taste the veal and not the accompaniment. I am ashamed to say that I haven't a clue how to cook it! Never had it before so I have a question.
I was planning on just doing it like a sirloin steak, I am assuming that as it is really just Beef it is okay to serve it rare?
