Made an early lunch at the shop today !
Had about 3 pounds of venison back straps marinating in Italian Zesty Salad dressing with a wee bit of hot sauce ! Let it marinate about 48 hours !
Braised the meat in one pan and cooked down some onions , green peppers and mushrooms in another pan .
After they were done I combined the two pans .
The deer is VERY tender . The liquid in the pan is excellent for dipping the Italain bread we happened to have as well !
